Frequently asked questions

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

We ship across Canada and the USA from Ontario. Orders over $100 ship free. Most in-stock orders leave within 2 business days and arrive in 3–8 business days depending on your province or state. Local pickup is available in the Greater Toronto Area.

How do I care for copper drinkware?

Rinse with warm water and a drop of mild soap, then dry immediately. To restore the shine, rub with half a lemon dipped in salt, rinse and dry. Avoid dishwashers and storing acidic or carbonated drinks in copper. Natural darkening over time is normal and safe.

Do you take bulk orders for weddings, return gifts and corporate gifting?

Yes. We regularly assemble 20 to 500+ pieces for weddings, mehndi and sangeet favours, baby announcements and corporate hampers. Share your date, guest count and budget through our contact page and we'll send options and pricing within 2 business days. Please allow 3–6 weeks for large custom orders.

Are the products really handmade? Will mine look exactly like the photo?

Every piece is made by hand by artisan families in India — hammered copper, hand-painted Pichwai art, white metal work and hand embroidery. Small variations in hammer marks, brush strokes and colour are the signature of handmade work and make your piece one of a kind.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Custom hampers, engraved pieces and bulk orders are made to order and are final sale. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it.
